Dr. Cristina M. Arellano is a tenured college counselor and professor with a deep desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others by establishing meaningful relationships and guiding them to the life they desire. Raised by immigrant parents, she has been instilled with the value of a strong work ethic and commitment to helping others that are still finding their way.

Dr. Arellano has worked in higher education for over 15 years and at six established college institutions including Fullerton College (tenured) and Irvine Valley College. Her positions have involved guiding students during their academic journeys and helping them achieve their academic, personal, and career goals. In 2015, she successfully guided her own peers as students. Her 1-1 guidance walked them through updating their resumes, preparing for job interviews, and ultimately getting hired as a full-time counselor in the higher education sector.

Owning a business that provides compassionate, empathetic, and individually tailored career counseling has been a lifelong dream of Dr. Arellano and she looks forward to helping you achieve your own dreams!

Dr. Arellano holds a B.A from Azusa Pacific University in Organizational Leadership; an M.S. from the University of La Verne in Educational Counseling; and a doctorate degree from California State University, Fullerton in Educational Leadership.
