Is your service location based?
Currently, we ONLY provide services to students who are interested in California-based institutions or are in California-based institutions. If you're going to a college outside of California, let us know your interest!
Do you offer in-person services?
Our service is primarily virtual so that we can provide timely and quality service to our large volume of students. If you're interested in a custom in-person offering, let us know and we can work out the details with you.
What's included in your services?
Our services include a variety of career counseling services: Career Exploration, Resume Reviews, and Mock Interviews.
How long is each counseling session?
Every session is personalized and the duration is dependent on the service you purchased.
Can I customize the services included in my counseling plan?
Yes. We can discuss it over a call.
How long does it take for me to get my next career goal/job?
The outcome depends on a variety of factors. Everyone has a different desired career path and may require different steps. However, the good thing is that you will be the main driver of how fast those steps get completed! Don't worry; you'll have us as your guide to finish those steps.
Do you have a cancellation policy for your sessions?
a. All scheduled appointments are confirmed once you sign up for our program. We understand sudden schedule changes may come up. My Career Space will do our best to respect our clients’ time and appointments.
b. If, for any reason, you arrive 5 minutes past your appointment time, please call us as soon as possible at (949) 385-2190.
c. If you cannot keep an appointment, we would greatly appreciate if you could notify us as soon as possible. All appointments canceled 4 hours or less from appointment time will be charged 50% of the full-service price.
d. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the full-service price.
